With numerous patents, the new Eurobloc VF wire rope hoist, available with steel or synthetic cable, is a next-generation lifting solution designed to deliver high-performance for demanding industrial applications. Combining reliability, precision and advanced engineering, it ensures smooth and controlled load handling across a wide range of lifting capacities and operating conditions. Built for efficiency and system integration, Eurobloc VF is suitable for production lines, workshops and complex material handling environments where performance, adaptability and operational continuity are essential.

Eurobloc VF is engineered to simplify servicing and improve long-term reliability. Its symmetrical motor/gearbox coupling can be assembled in both directions and inspected without dismantling, while the lifting and travel motor gear units are positioned for easy access. With synthetic rope, no lubrication is required, reducing maintenance needs even further. Safety is reinforced through an ergonomic hook block with finger protection, an optional blue light safety system indicating the hoist working area, and remote monitoring of operating parameters and maintenance needs through Verlinde’s ExpertCare and ExpertMonitoring applications.

Its synthetic cable made of Dyneema® fiber provides a real innovation and enlarges hoist applications in demanding environments. The range is currently available in low headroom, normal headroom, fixed, double-girder, swivel trolley and mechanism versions.
With its compact product design and three key configurations (fixed hoist suspended by lug, hoist on a monorail trolley with push travel, and hoist on a monorail trolley with electric travel), Eurochain VX range integrates easily into many production environments. Thanks to its many optimized and reinforced components, it also greatly improves the durability of installations.
