Eurochain VX features a compact product design and three key configurations: a fixed hoist suspended by a suspension lug, a hoist on a push-travel monorail trolley, and a hoist on an electrically driven monorail trolley. Designed to integrate easily into a wide variety of production environments, Eurochain VX range is also available in VX-S, Digichain, Stainless Steel, Vario, and Exproof versions, making it a complete solution for a broad range of lifting applications. Its suspension lug with a large opening simplifies installation and optimizes lifting height, while its reduced dimensions allow improved hook approach. Compatible with existing trolleys, Eurochain VX ensures easy integration into both new and existing installations.

Engineered for greater durability, efficiency, and safety

Thanks to Eurochain VX’s numerous optimized and reinforced components, it significantly improves the durability of installations. Its optimized lifting brake requires no adjustment and only minimal maintenance, while the DAT lifting chain offers increased wear resistance in dusty environments and harsh operating conditions. Motor robustness is increased thanks to in-house development specifically designed for hoisting applications. An optimized gearbox improves hoist efficiency, while a robust electrical safety limit switch controls the upper and lower lifting hook positions. Preventive overheating sensors on the lifting motor improve safety, and a more precise torque limiter adjustment provides greater protection for both the operator and building structures in the event of an overload.
