New STAGEMAKER SL hoists for Entuziast Studio

At the end of 2019 STAGEMARKET became authorized dealer of Stagemaker brand within Russian Federation and signed agreement with Entuziast Studio for delivery of 40 new innovative Stagemaker SL hoists.

Entusziast Studio has been providing package of in-studio and television filming services for 15 years. The services include rent of apparatus studio blocks and outside broadcast vehicles, television, camera, lighting equipment and non-linear editing apparatus room. By the end of 2019, the studio decided to renew its already quite impressive rental park of lifting equipment. After studying all the available brands, it was decided to go with the new Stagemaker hoists from Verlinde. With lifting capacity from 125 to 5000 kg, Stagemaker hoists are designed ahead of standards - main concept of the new line is wear reduction, and even wear elimination of certain parts, as well as easy maintenance service.

For instance, new SL line design includes:

• patented system CHAINFLUX

• chain flow guide block featuring very tight connection with load chain, completely excluding the risk of chain jamming and twisting (5 year guarantee for the chain block)

• enclosed self-lubricated gearbox designed for the entire life span of hoist that does not require maintenance;

• easy access to engine, friction clutch, brake;

• usage of only the highest quality and advanced components, thus reducing noise level in all models to 50-60 dB;

• versatile size and comfortable design for quick installation of recessed load sensors, positioning sensors and inverters.

At the beginning of 2020, Verlinde moved its production facilities from France to Germany in the presence of lockdown, and plant employees made every effort to ensure that the first batch of new innovative Stagemaker SL hoists rolled off the assembly line in May. As a result, in June 2020 Entuziast Studio became the first proud owner of the new Stagemaker SL hoists line on the Russian Federation territory and successfully launched to work 40 SL10 model hoists, D8 as standard, with carrying capacity 1000 kg and lifting speed 4 m/min.

The industry of television filming is actively developing now, as due to the reduction of real-time events, number of filming recorded programs for indirect transmission is growing. There are 6 stages within the studio, they are used full-time now. And what is more, extension of the working areas is in progress, together with further development of the territory they are located on. Short-term studio plans include construction of small stages for bloggers and ready-made locations.
