Verlinde Finland Factory Tour 2026: bringing our European partners together

From 20th to 21st of October 2026, Verlinde welcomed partners from across Europe to Finland for a two-day factory tour, offering a journey into the heart of its industrial expertise. Combining factory visits, strategic discussions and networking opportunities, the event gave participants a closer look at Verlinde’s production facilities in Finland while fostering discussions about the future of the partnership and business growth.

Discovering Hämeenlinna factory

Finland Factory Tour began on Tuesday, 20 October, at Hämeenlinna factory, which specialises in the production of Verlinde electric wire rope and chain hoists.

Following a welcome from the factory management team, a presentation and a safety briefing, participants toured the production site to discover the expertise, technologies and processes behind Verlinde products. The visit notably highlighted the production of Eurobloc VF and Eurobloc VT wire rope hoists, BH belt hoists and ATEX explosion-proof hoists.

The afternoon programme broadened the discussion from production expertise to the future of the business. Participants discovered Verlinde’s strategy and sustainability approach, as well as configuration tools, such as ExpertCrane.

These sessions also encouraged an open exchange on how Verlinde and its partners can work even more closely, create new synergies and develop their businesses together. The first day concluded with a review of the key takeaways, followed by a networking dinner.

Continuing the tour in Hyvinkää

On Wednesday, 21 October, participants travelled to Hyvinkää factory for the second stage of the tour. Specialising in the production of heavy components, the site provided a complementary perspective on the industrial expertise presented in Hämeenlinna the previous day.

The visit gave participants an even broader understanding of Verlinde’s operations across its Finnish production sites.
